Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods, promotions, or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
Domestic (Malaysia):
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and parcel weight.
Any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or message.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking details provided.
5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Fairyna is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, reshipping fees will be borne by the customer.
6. Delays & Lost Parcels
Fairyna is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
In the event of a lost parcel, we will assist in submitting a claim to the courier; however, compensation (if any) is subject to the courier’s policy.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours after order placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
