Fairyna Return & Refund Policy

At Fairyna, every piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We are committed to providing a pleasant shopping experience and appreciate your understanding of the policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We only accept returns strictly for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return:

Customers must contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.

Clear photo or video proof of the defect, damage, or incorrect item is required for verification.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size, colour, or design selection

Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance

Scarves, due to hygiene reasons and limited production quantities

Fairyna reserves the right to approve or reject any return request that does not meet the conditions stated above.

2. Replacement & Refund Method

Once the issue has been verified:

A replacement item will be sent if the same product is still available in stock.

If the item is out of stock, a store credit equivalent to the item value will be issued instead.

3. Return Method & Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping using a reliable and trackable courier service.

Approved return parcels must be shipped within 5 days from the approval date.

Returns sent after 5 days will be automatically cancelled and will no longer be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Please include your order number, full name, and contact details inside the parcel.

Customers must retain the tracking number until the parcel is confirmed received by our HQ.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Fairyna is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Store Credit Terms

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.

There is no expiry date for store credit.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer.

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for different items, sizes, colours, or designs.

Customers may use their store credit to place a new order once items are restocked or select another available piece from our collection.

6. Important Notes

Returned items that do not meet our conditions (e.g. worn, washed, altered, or missing tags) will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Please ensure all return parcels are securely packed.

Processing and inspection of returned items may take 5–7 working days upon arrival at our HQ.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
